Town of Colma Community Fair 2025 Vendor Application

We appreciate your interest in participating in the Town of Colma's Community Fair 2025! Kindly review the application requirements and make sure all sections are thoroughly filled out. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to email desquivias@colma.ca.gov.

Applications for booth space in the Community Fair event is hereby made subject to acceptance by the Fair Committee.

All booth spaces are at least 8x8. All applicants will have access to one booth space. The Town of Colma will not furnish any tents or décor. The Town will provide chairs and a limited amount of tables supplied on a first come, first served basis.

Set Up: 7:30 am - 10:00 am

Hours of Operation: 11:00 am -3:00 pm

Tear Down: 3:15 pm- 4:30 pm

NOTE: Craft and Food vendors participating in the Community Fair are required to pay a $30 vending fee.  Instructions regarding submission of vending fee will be provided upon booth approval.
